Leopardstown Racecourse is located just six miles south of Dublin city centre. It is easily accessed by car, the Luas, or bus.
There are a number of options available when travelling to Leopardstown Racecourse. Car parking is free, but we do advise customers to allow ample time for the journey on racedays.

The existing access to South County Business Park and Leopardstown Park Hospital off Leopardstown Roundabout will be closed as will the existing access to Leopardstown Race Course.

With the exception of closing the access/egress to South County Business Park & Leopardstown Park Hospital the Leopardstown Roundabout will operate as normal.
Driving via the M50-southbound
Take exit 14 off the M50 travel straight through the first roundabout at top of ramp. Continue straight down through traffic lights. At the next roundabout take the third exit onto Leopardstown Road, and take the first right to enter the racecourse.
Driving via the M50-northbound
Take exit 15 off the M50 and cross the flyover, following the signs for Leopardstown Racecourse.
From Dublin city centre
Take the N11 (Stillorgan dual carriageway) heading towards the southeast, past Stillorgan. Turn right at traffic lights onto Leopardstown Road R113 signposted Leopardstown. Continue straight and Leopardstown's entrance is on the left just before the traffic lights in front of the roundabout.
There are two entrances for cars to Leopardstown Racecourse you can use on race days. Car parking is free, but we do advise racegoers to allow ample time for the journey on race days.
Luas light rail offers a regular service on the Green Line from St Stephens Green in Dublin city centre to the Sandyford / Brewery Road stop. This trip takes 22 minutes. The racecourse is only a short walk from the Sandyford stop, however on race days we offer a complimentary shuttle bus service between the stop and the racecourse.
Dublin Airport is about an hour's drive from Leopardstown racetrack. Aircoach operates a regular bus service between Dublin Airport and Burton Hall Road which is adjacent to the entrance to Leopardstown racecourse . There are also regular bus services into the city centre from the Airport.
