Race Meetings Overview

A not-to-be-missed traditional highlight of the Irish horse racing calendar (not to mention the social calendar!) the annual Leopardstown Christmas Festival offers national hunt racing at its best. The Racing Post day kicks off the first of four high calibre National Hunt race days.

Day two of the Christmas Festival features the ultra-competitive Paddy Power Chase the most valuable race of the Festival.

Day three of the Christmas Festival The Lexus Chase is one of the most prestigious races in the calendar and attracts racing enthusiasts from all over Ireland and Britain. This is also Ladies Day where winter racing fashion has an elegance and style quite different to the other seasons.

The final day of the Christmas Festival is Ryanair Day featuring the Ryanair Hurdle an ideal day to bring the family racing. Day Four of the Leopardstown Christmas Festival has also become part of the official New Year�s Eve Celebrations and features a live concert after the racing.
