At the heart of the raceday entertainment is the stunning, two-tier Leopardstown Pavilion which is cleverly designed to intimately accommodate groups of all sizes.
And because everyone loves a day at the races, Leopardstown has a variety of Pavilion entertainment options offering ultimate comfort and luxury, great racing and, best of all, a high revenue return on each ticket price.
The Pavilion can be booked for parties of all sizes – from 150 to 500 with all-inclusive, set-price packages to ensure every fundraiser is a financial success
Fundraising packages can be tailored to meet your fundraising goals
Choose a package to suit your budget and fundraising goals and see just how much you can raise. A basic example is to select Option 1 at a Summer Evening event form the ‘Hospitality Options’ The cost of Option 1 at a Summer Evening event is €45/ person including ticket, meal and racecard and access to both the races and live music after racing. If you were to sell the ticket at €100 person your charity or group would be making €55 / person. (NOTE: This is before any extras such as additional PA, branding etc.)
