Ballysax Stakes & Family Day
Racing at Leopardstown on Sunday 15th April featured the Ballysax Stakes & Family Day
Family Fun was had by all on the first of our 2012 Family Fun Racedays in association with FM104 and the Ross Nugent Foundation. All entertainment was free once inside the enclosure.
In the Family Fun House there was balloon making, face painting, the colouring corner as well as Build a Bear from Dundrum and displays by the FrontRunners Racing Club and a performance by the Custard Pie Puppet Theatre. The Ross Nugent Foundation also had a stand in the Marquee to raise awareness and funds on behalf of the Ross Nugent Foundation
Outside there was bouncy castles and Wooly Wards Pet Farm were infront of the Pavillion with pigmy goats, lamas and much more!
The Racing on the day featured the Ballysax Stakes and the 1000 and 2000 Guineas Trials!
