Leopardstown Racecourse today launched a series of Family Fun Racedays which will take place this year in association with the Children’s Sunshine Home and LauraLynn House.

- 20th Anniversary of Hennessy Gold Cup at Leopardstown
Competition will be intense for the Hennessy Gold Cup. This race has been the primary objective for the Paul Nolan-trained Joncol, winner of the Grade 1 John Durkan Memorial Chase at Punchestown in December, since he finished third in the Lexus Chase last month. Willie Mullins has entered four, including last year’s Dr PJ Moriarty Chase and RSA Chase winner Cooldine.

Horse Racing Ireland has announced that the Leopardstown Meeting which was scheduled for Sunday 10th January featuring the MCR Hurdle but was cancelled due to snow will now be held on Saturday 23rd January 2010 with live coverage on RTE Television.
